Dolce & Gabbana and Mytheresa have unveiled the second chapter of their exclusive Dolce & Gabbana x Mytheresa holiday capsule, a festive womenswear and accessories edit built on sequins, metallic sparkle and the house's star motif. The collection is sold through Mytheresa, the luxury multibrand platform operated by LuxExperience, and it extends a holiday story that began twelve months ago with the first festive capsule and a dinner at Casa Cipriani in New York. Dolce & Gabbana co-CEO Stefano Cantino described the idea as translating the house codes into an unexpected proposition for the festive season, which is a fair summary of a range that takes a partnership best known for Italian summer capsules and points it towards evening gowns and party shoes.

Dolce & Gabbana and Mytheresa have spent almost a decade turning a retail partnership into a recurring calendar of exclusive capsules and destination events. Mytheresa chief executive Francis Belin said that "Dolce & Gabbana was one of the first luxury houses with which we developed an exclusive capsule," and that history explains why the pair now treat Christmas as a second fixed moment alongside their summer collaborations.

The womenswear in the second holiday chapter is dressed for parties and formal evenings, with sculptural minidresses, floor-length gowns and voluminous evening skirts making up the backbone of the edit. Alongside them sit a halter dress, a pyjama pantsuit for a more relaxed take on festive dressing, a sheer chiffon gown with billowing sleeves and a short sleeveless sequined dress, so the range moves from Christmas Eve dinners to New Year's Eve dancing without changing its mood. Sparkling metallic accents run through the collection, and the star motif that appears across several pieces gives the capsule a festive signature that links clothing and accessories together.

The accessories follow the same evening brief, as the edit includes structured handbags, sparkling clutches, chokers and earrings alongside strappy sandals and embellished stilettos, several of which carry the star detail. Mytheresa is presenting the collection through a dedicated editorial story featuring model Paola Manes and photographed by Lukasz Pukowiec, which gives the capsule a campaign of its own and lets shoppers see the gowns, sequins and jewellery styled together as complete party looks. Cantino explained that "the strength of the relationship comes from a clear understanding of the respective role of each partner," and he added that "the response has been consistently positive over the years," which points to why the two companies have chosen to continue the holiday format for a second season.

The first holiday chapter laid the groundwork for this edit, since it launched globally on Mytheresa.com on 15 October 2025 for womenswear and 22 October 2025 for kidswear before Dolce & Gabbana and Mytheresa hosted an intimate dinner at Casa Cipriani in the Battery Maritime Building in November. Guests at that New York evening wore looks from the collection and included Pat McGrath, Guido Palau, Olivia Palermo and Steven Klein, while a live music performance was curated by Selma Lerner, a former music director for Adele.
