Pinterest and Chamberlain Coffee launch a Wilderkind-inspired almond blend, blueberry syrup and picnic merch

Key Takeaways
Pinterest and Emma Chamberlain's Chamberlain Coffee have teamed up for a second trend-inspired collection, this time built around the Pinterest Predicts 2026 trend Wilderkind.
Emma Chamberlain shaped the flavour, visuals and merch using Pinterest boards filled with forest animals, blueberries and woodland scenes.
The range includes a limited-edition Organic Almond Flavored Blend, Blueberry Natural Syrup, a mug and a picnic blanket.
It's available from 1st October on Chamberlain Coffee's website and through Chamberlain Coffee's Pinterest profile.
Most brand collaborations start with a mood board - Pinterest and Chamberlain Coffee have made the mood board the product (again), and as a long-time Emma Chamberlain fan, this is exactly the sort of collaboration I love seeing her put her name to.
This is the second time Chamberlain Coffee has teamed up with Pinterest to turn one of its predicted trends into an actual product. Their first collaboration landed last summer and was a pretty big moment in itself, marking Pinterest's first-ever global co-branded product. Inspired by the Fisherman Aesthetic from Pinterest Predicts, Emma developed a limited-edition Sea Salt Toffee coffee blend alongside matching merch, a dedicated Pinterest board and a Salted Sailor drink served at Chamberlain Coffee's Century City café. The campaign went on to drive a 200% surge in traffic to ChamberlainCoffee.com on launch day, so it makes sense that the two brands are back for round two.
This time, they've gone from the seaside to the forest. The new Wilderkind collection takes its inspiration from one of the trends in Pinterest Predicts 2026, which is all about delicate animal aesthetics, nature and a slightly whimsical woodland world. Emma's Pinterest boards were filled with blueberries, forest animals and outdoor scenes, which became the starting point for the flavours, products and entire visual world of the campaign.
The centrepiece is a limited-edition Organic Almond Flavored Blend, which Emma describes as warm, nutty and one of her favourite flavour profiles of all time. It's joined by a Blueberry Natural Syrup, illustrated mug and huge picnic blanket, with the campaign imagery bringing the whole thing together through woodland picnics, deer, rabbits and Emma wandering around the forest in antlers and fairytale-esque dresses.
It also feels like a natural next step for Chamberlain Coffee because Emma has never really treated coffee as just coffee. What started with her constantly making and drinking it in her early YouTube videos has grown into a much bigger lifestyle brand, spanning coffee, matcha, accessories and now physical cafés. Pinterest fits quite nicely into that world too, particularly when the platform is already being used by Emma and the team for inspiration around campaigns, flavours and drink trends.

There's some interesting search behaviour behind the products as well. According to Pinterest's Hobbies Trend Report, searches for blueberry coffee recipes are up 384%, while searches for “coffee brewing aesthetic” have increased by 160%. People aren't just searching for coffee anymore, they're looking for ways to make the whole ritual around it feel a little more special, whether that's experimenting with new flavours or making something at home that looks as good as it tastes. Suddenly, blueberry syrup with an almond coffee blend doesn't feel quite as random as it might sound.
But I think my favourite part is how much the wider idea feels like Emma. She's spoken a lot over the years about growing up online and her changing relationship with the internet, so there's something quite lovely about a campaign that starts with inspiration found online and ends with going outside, having a picnic, making a coffee and enjoying the real world for a bit. In Emma's words, she hopes the collection “inspires people to slow down, see the beauty in the real world, and follow wherever their ideas take them”, which pretty much sums it up.
For Pinterest, there's a bigger story here too. Pinterest Predicts has always been about spotting what people might be interested in next, but collaborations like this give those predictions a physical life beyond the annual report. It also follows Pinterest's launch of Visual Search Ads and new AI tools at Pinterest Presents 2026, all part of Pinterest's wider push to make the journey between discovering something you like and actually buying it much shorter.
