Hailey Bieber returns to the barre with a 23-piece ballet-inspired activewear capsule for British brand Adanola

Key Takeaways
Hailey Bieber has designed a 23-piece capsule with Manchester-based activewear brand Adanola, inspired by her 12 years of ballet training.
The collection includes leg warmers, knit boleros, wrap tops, fold waist yoga pants, fleeces and a Sling bag, with an embroidered Adanola x Hailey Bieber logo throughout.
Prices run from £34 to £100, in a palette of dusty pink, mauve, blue, yellow, black and Adanola's Coffee Bean shade.
The capsule launches on Adanola.com at 7pm BST on Thursday 15 October.
Hailey Bieber spent 12 years training in ballet before modelling and founding Rhode, and last month she dusted off her pointe shoes on TikTok for the first time in 12 years. That teaser turned out to be the first hint of a new project, a 23 piece capsule with the British activewear brand Adanola that takes its cues from the dance studio.
The collaboration has been in the works for around a year, and it arrives almost a year after Adanola became part of Bieber's own workout wardrobe. Bieber has said she wanted to avoid stark ballerina pink, so the capsule focuses on what dancers wear between classes, which means leg warmers, knitted layers and slouchy warm up pieces designed to move from a workout into the rest of the day.

The collection takes inspiration from the off stage uniform of ballerinas, who roll and ruche their trousers, cut tights into bolero tops and crop their sweaters. Bieber and Adanola have turned those improvised habits into finished pieces, including rib knit leg warmers, a knit bolero, wrap tops, seamless shorts, cropped hoodies, fleeces and fold waist yoga pants. Campaign imagery also shows chocolate brown low rise leggings with a fold over waistband, worn with a matching cropped long sleeve top that dips at the back, along with a zipped cropped blue hoodie.
The colour palette stays soft, with dusty pink, mauve, blue, yellow and black sitting alongside Adanola's signature Coffee Bean shade. A bespoke embroidered Adanola x Hailey Bieber logo features throughout the collection, and there is a branded Sling bag for carrying the lot to class. Prices run from £34 to £100, and the capsule goes on sale on Adanola.com at 7pm BST on Thursday 15 October.
Bieber has explained that the collection was designed to work beyond the gym. "I wanted to build a collection that moves seamlessly from workout wear to streetwear," she said. "I've always loved how the brand approaches activewear, so bringing this idea to life with them felt like a natural fit." She added that "a few of the pieces, and the campaign itself, are inspired by my years of dancing, specifically ballet."
Adanola's founder Hyrum Cook said, "Hailey has always felt like a natural fit for Adanola," adding, "She has a huge influence on style and culture, but also a genuine connection to movement and wellness." He also said, "Her effortless style and the way she blends activewear into everyday life strongly align with our customer," and that the brand had wanted to work with her for a long time. The accompanying campaign and short film were styled by Dani Michelle and star Bieber herself.
Adanola was founded by Hyrum Cook in 2015 and was valued at about $530 million last year
Adanola was founded by Hyrum Cook in 2015 and is based in Manchester. The brand has built its following on everyday basics, led by its Ultimate Leggings, which had sold more than 1.5 million pairs by last summer, and its pieces have been worn by Kendall Jenner, Kaia Gerber and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. In June 2024 it appointed Niran Chana, formerly Chief Commercial Officer at Gymshark, as chief executive, and in August last year the Los Angeles private equity firm STORY3 Capital Partners made a significant minority investment that valued the business at about $530 million.
At the time of that investment, Adanola sold through its own website and wholesale partners including Selfridges Group, David Jones, Ounass, Equinox and Soho House, with long-term plans for its own stores. Bieber brings her own experience as a founder through Rhode, along with a dance background that ties directly into the brand's focus on clothes for training and everyday dressing.
Ballet is proving perfect ground for brands this autumn, and the capsule makes a natural companion to Barbie and The Royal Ballet bringing The Nutcracker to a new generation, another campaign that uses the discipline and nostalgia of dance training to connect with an audience that grew up around it. Bieber's version is less about the stage and more about the rehearsal room, which suits a brand built on clothes people wear every day.
