Key Takeaways

  • Dr. Squatch has partnered with Megan Fox to launch Feral Fox, a limited-edition natural soap and deodorant fragrance.

  • The scent combines bergamot, sea salt and mineral air with driftwood, juniper berry, sandalwood, musk and vintage leather.

  • Only 5,000 Feral Fox products have been made available, including 1,500 soap-and-deodorant bundles offered through a purchase drawing in the US.

  • The launch continues the Professor Fox character introduced through Dr. Squatch’s Foundation for Odor Excellence campaign in April 2026.

  • Customers who miss the limited release can still shop Professor Fox’s Picks, a collection of existing products selected by Megan Fox.

Megan Fox has already taught men how to improve their deodorant habits, but her latest lesson is considerably less concerned with education and much more interested in causing complete loss of control. The actor has reunited with natural personal care brand Dr. Squatch to launch Feral Fox, an extremely limited-edition natural soap and deodorant duo created around what the campaign describes as her ultimate “Formula of Attraction”. With a seductive fragrance, a deliberately dramatic name and only 5,000 products available, the collaboration has been designed to make attraction feel less like a personal care benefit and more like an uncontrollable physical reaction.

Feral Fox continues the fictional world established earlier in 2026, when Fox became Professor Fox, Head Professor of Dr. Squatch’s Foundation for Odor Excellence. Having previously delivered lessons on natural ingredients, invisible deodorant and the science of smelling good, her character has now moved from teaching existing products to developing a signature scent of her own.

According to the brand, the resulting fragrance is so captivating and magnetic that it can turn attraction into obsession, giving Dr. Squatch the opportunity to introduce the practical details of a soap and deodorant through a much more exaggerated story about people being driven feral.

Feral Fox combines fresh, woody and warm fragrance notes, opening with bergamot, sea salt and mineral air before moving into driftwood and wild juniper berry. Sandalwood, musk, and vintage leather create a warmer base, while wild orchid extract connects the formula to Fox and the campaign’s image of something seductive, untamed and slightly dangerous.

The fragrance appears across two products sold together as a $21.50 bundle. The Feral Fox Natural Bar Soap is produced using a cold-process method and features a light grit, alongside ingredients including coconut oil, shea butter and kaolin clay. Its matching Invisible Glide Deodorant is aluminium-free, dermatologist-tested and made with ingredients that are more than 98% natural origin, providing odour protection without leaving visible marks, residue or stains on clothing.

Although the products are new, the partnership began several months earlier. In April 2026, Megan Fox became Head Professor of Dr. Squatch’s fictional Foundation for Odor Excellence, also known as The F.O.X., for a six-part campaign promoting the brand’s Invisible Glide and Spray deodorants. Set across classrooms, laboratories and dating scenarios, the series positioned men’s personal care as a subject its students had failed to study properly. Professor Fox delivered deliberately suggestive lessons on conventional ingredients, residue, odour protection and the effect an underperforming deodorant could have on someone’s dating life.

Feral Fox gives that story a natural next stage by turning Professor Fox from someone who teaches consumers about existing products into the supposed creator of her own “Formula of Attraction”. The original campaign established her fictional expertise, while the limited-edition release presents the result of her research as something customers can now use themselves.

Only 5,000 Feral Fox soap and deodorant products are available to buy

Only 5,000 Feral Fox products have been released, meaning scarcity is not simply a consequence of the launch but an important part of the campaign. In the US, customers can enter a purchase drawing through Dr. Squatch’s website for the opportunity to buy one of 1,500 soap-and-deodorant bundles. Selected entrants are due to be notified on 18 September, while additional limited quantities are being sold through Target and Walmart, as well as in some international markets.

Dr. Squatch Chief Brand Officer John Ludeke described Feral Fox as seductive, unexpected and unlike anything the brand had previously released, adding that with only 5,000 products available, “the chase is officially on”. Customers who miss out can still shop Professor Fox’s Picks, a curated collection of Megan-approved products from Dr. Squatch’s existing range. This gives the wider partnership somewhere to continue after Feral Fox has sold out, while directing the attention created by the limited release towards products that remain available.

Why The PR Insider loves it

We love how Dr. Squatch has allowed the Megan Fox partnership to develop instead of treating her original appearance as a single celebrity advert. The Foundation for Odor Excellence established her character and created a fictional world around the brand’s deodorants, while Feral Fox provides that story with a clear next chapter.

Scarcity has been used particularly well, by producing only 5,000 items immediately, it gives the release more urgency, but asking people to enter a drawing for the chance to buy them takes that demand-building exercise even further. The process turns purchasing soap and deodorant into a chase, making the way Feral Fox is sold feel like part of the campaign itself.

It also feels consistent with the increasingly unusual way Dr. Squatch approaches celebrity products. After previously generating attention with Sydney Sweeney’s bathwater soap, the brand has continued to develop ideas capable of becoming stories outside the personal care category. Feral Fox may be less outrageous, but it has more room to grow because it builds on an existing character and leaves the partnership open to future instalments.
